Land in recent times has become the most valuable asset and has the
capability to appreciate quickly. Even the great philosopher, Abraham
Maslow, in his theory of hierarchy of human needs stated that shelter
ranks among the firsts. And because one
cannot build a shelter in
absolute, it must be on land, so it is important to everybody. Besides,
the fact that land can yield the money with which other things can be
procured, everybody scrambles to acquire and control it.
